Now rehearsing for Mothers Day. We invite parents to register their children attending K-8th Grade (ages 5-14) for a wonderful opportunity for kids to worship God with their voices!
First Miami invites moms and kids to our MomsNext group for a luncheon and fellowship at the church immediately after the 11 am worship service. Moms and kids will enjoy a free meal and babysitting with registration. Plus, you’ll learn about our upcoming Mom’s Night Out activities planned for this season!
Liturgist: With the whole church, let us confess our faith. Do you believe in God the Father?
People: We believe in God the Father almighty, Creator of heaven and earth.
Leader: Do you believe in Jesus Christ, the Son of God?
People: We believe in Jesus Christ, God’s only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; He descended to the dead. On the third day He rose again; He ascended into Heaven; He is seated at the right hand of the Father, and He will come to judge the living and the dead.
Leader: Do you believe in God the Holy Spirit?
People: We believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body and the life everlasting. Amen.
Liturgist: Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts. To this peace we were called as members of a single body. The peace of Christ be with you.
People: And also with you.
